Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Inpatients who visited the emergency outpatient department of Okayama University Hospital or a joint research institute between March 31, 2023 after the approval of the Institutional Review Board and met two or more qSOFA criteria 2 Patients who can voluntarily obtain consent to participate in the study in writing from the person or his / her surrogate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Under 18 years old 2 Pregnant woman 3 Patients after resuscitation with cardiopulmonary arrest 4 Patients transferred from another hospital 5 Patients who are considered inappropriate for study for other reasons
