Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 4 months or younger 2) Craniosynostosis has been ruled out via imaging studies 3) The degree of positional cranial deformation meets one of the following criteria: For plagiocephaly: posterior occipital symmetry rate less than 90% For brachycephaly: cephalic index more than 94% 4) Written consent for trial participation has been obtained from either the father or mother. 5) Follow-up visits are possible at 1 month and 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Concurrent systemic disease requiring hospitalization and treatment for one week or longer 2) Concurrent severe congenital disease
