Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric patients undergoing outpatient treatment for chronic diseases at Okayama University Hospital Children's Medical Center 2) Patients who can obtain written consent for participation in this study from themselves and their guardians of their own free will after receiving sufficient explanation and with full understanding 3) Patients who are between 4 and 18 years of age at the time consent is obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients whom the principal investigator or subinvestigator determines to be inappropriate as research subjects.
