Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are enrolled in a university or graduate school at the time of obtaining consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have a specific psychiatric disorder (e.g., active psychosis such as hallucinations or delusions) and are currently undergoing treatment, or those who have a history of a specific mental illness and are judged by the principal investigator to be difficult to participate in the study. In addition, those who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate as research subjects.
