Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Managers and general care workers employed at elderly care facilities (managers are defined as those at the level of chief or section chief or above. All others are defined as general workers) 2) Those who have worked at the current corporation for at least three years 3) Those who have given their consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Care workers under the age of 18 2) Other people deemed unsuitable as research subjects by the principal investigator
