Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: "All patients who have visited the Department of Dental Anesthesiology at our hospital since April 1, 2002 (the date of establishment of the Department of Dental Anesthesiology).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in this study.

Evaluation Items of Patient Information Gender, outpatient history, family history: Basic information and health history of the patient. Age at admission: Evaluation of treatment effectiveness and risk based on age. Diagnosis at admission, comorbidities at admission, complications after admission: Accuracy of diagnosis, occurrence of comorbidities and complications. Evaluation Items of Medical Information ICD-10 code: Classification and analysis of medical services based on standardized codes for diseases and surgeries. Name and date of surgery/procedure: Analysis of treatment timing and frequency based on the type and date of surgeries/procedures. Medications and medical materials used: Evaluation of the usage of medications and materials, and analysis of side effects and treatment effectiveness. Evaluation Items of Hospitalization Period and Costs Length of stay: Evaluation of treatment effectiveness and efficiency based on the length of hospitalization. Outcome at discharge: Evaluation of the patient's final health status and treatment outcomes. Cost information: Evaluation of treatment costs and cost-effectiveness analysis. Evaluation Items of Examinations and Records Anesthesia records: Evaluation of the type, dosage, and complications of anesthesia. Data recorded by medical devices: Evaluation of patient conditions and treatment progress based on data from medical devices. Blood test findings: Evaluation of internal conditions and treatment effectiveness based on blood test results. Other Evaluation Items Effectiveness of treatment drugs, occurrence of side effects: Evaluation of the presence and absence of drug effects and side effects.
