Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-time pregnant women and their families who have had a normal pregnancy course and are in late pregnancy (28 weeks or more of pregnancy) when participating in the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnant women and families
