Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder according to DSM-5 or ICD-11 diagnostic criteria and have been notified of their disease name. Persons who use home-visit nursing for the above diagnosis or who are likely to use home-visit nursing in the future. Persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time consent is obtained. Those who are judged to be able to participate in this study by the administrator of the target facility and the public health nurse/nurse in charge. Those who have consented to the research topic and purpose of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons with a history of drug abuse. Persons diagnosed with intellectual disability or dementia.
