Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are able to obtain written consent to participate in this research of their own free will after receiving a full explanation of the study and with sufficient understanding,age 65 or older at the time consent is obtained,all outpatients in the Department of Dentistry and Preventive Dentistry at Okayama University Hospital who brush their teeth once or twice a day at the pre-intervention time point

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with disabilities such as paralysis of the hands due to disease,those who answered the questionnaire incompletely, persons with significant reduction in cognitive function,those who have not received and will not receive regular guidance from a dietician,those without obvious liver dysfunction or diabetes mellitus,Other patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator or research assistants
