Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who are 19 years of age or older at the time of consent. 2. Persons with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (including autism and Asperger's disorder). 3. Persons who are able to use the application for remote mindfulness training. 4. Those who are able to prepare a telecommunication environment to receive remote mindfulness training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received mindfulness training prior to obtaining consent. 2. Those who routinely engage in mindfulness training. 3. Those who have post-traumatic stress disorder or dissociative disorder and may experience dissociation or flashbacks when mindfulness training is conducted.
