Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Groups 1. patients who have been determined to be candidates for surgical treatment of eosinophilic sinusitis 2. Adult patients who have listened to the explanation of the study and given their consent. Control group 1. patients with rhinosinus diseases other than eosinophilic sinusitis for which surgical treatment is indicated 2. adult patients who have listened to the study description and have given their consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years old 2. pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Gene expression associated with nasal mushrooms and type 2 inflammation of the nasal sinus mucosa collected from patients' nasal sinus tissue will be analyzed for patients with eosinophilic sinusitis and other patients. Gene expression analysis will be identified using real-time PCR.
