Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who participated in a prior clinical trial and underwent bone augmentation surgery using the investigational product.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with removal of all augmentation bone by the investigational product in the prior clinical trial.
