Inclusion criteria: 1)all patient who come to emergency depertment after 01/04/2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient under 14 years old 2) patient transported by emergency ambulance 3) conultation case to specific department 4) gynecological patient 5) patiens who reject to join its reasearch 6) un-sutable case decided by researcher
