Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 20 or older but under 75 at the time consent was obtained Individuals for whom written consent was obtained regarding research participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cancer, heart failure, liver dysfunction, or kidney dysfunction who are undergoing outpatient treatment or therapy. Other individuals deemed ineligible by the principal investigator or co-investigators.

| During the summer season (July-September) and winter season (December-February), we will measure blood pressure upon waking, before bedtime, and during the night at home and in model homes. This will verify differences in seasonal variations caused by the home environment. | — |

| Using continuously measured heart rate and activity levels from an activity monitor, we perform stress indicator analysis (autonomic nervous system analysis) and sleep analysis, and conduct exploratory analysis of their relationship with blood pressure and residential environment information. | — |
