Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Malignant tumors of the head and neck, chest and abdomen, or pelvic region for which standard treatment (radiation therapy alone or chemoradiation therapy and systemic therapy) is feasible and planned. 2) Performance status (ECOG) is 0-2. 3) Written informed consent for trial participation has been obtained from the patient. 4) Age is 20 years or older at the time of trial registration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of radiation therapy to the treatment site 2) Severe infections and other serious complications, or medically ill 3) Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, renal disease, or hepatic disease 4) Scleroderma, mixed connective tissue disease, or active SLE 5) Women who are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding 6) Psychiatric illness or psychiatric symptoms that are judged to make participation in the trial difficult. 7) A prognosis of less than 3 months
