Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants from ten voluntary community groups organized under the supervision of the Community Support Division, Ikeda City 2) Individuals aged 65 years and above 3) Individuals who were provided with informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases, particularly those with an implanted cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator 2. Individuals with neurological disorders, such as Parkinson disease or dementia 3. Individuals with severe orthopedic conditions that significantly interfere with movement, including lumbar spinal canal stenosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or severe osteoporosis In addition, elderly participants with severely impaired motor function may be at risk of falling during the dynamic balance test conducted in this study. Therefore, the following individuals will be excluded from participation 1. Those who are unable to walk independently 2. Those who cannot stand on one leg for at least three seconds
