Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with eligible for ECPR a. Within 45 minutes of collapse/discovery and arrival at hospital b. Initial electrocardiogram rhythm: ventricular fibrillation (whether witnessed or not) or PEA (witnessed) (a and b) c. Even if the above conditions are not met, the attending physician judges ECPR to be indicated. 2: Patients with contraindications for REBOA: Patients whose initial CT scan revealed intracranial disease or aortic disease as the cause of cardiac arrest 3: Patients whose initial CT scan revealed severe tortuosity and calcification from the aorta to the iliac artery 4: Patients suspected of bleeding tendency
