1. Brachial Artery Group Brachial artery is used as the inflow artery for AVG. 2. Radial Artery Group Radial artery is used as the inflow artery for AVG.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years of age or older 2) Scheduled for creation of arteriovenous grafts (AVGs) at the participating facilities. 3) Both brachial and radial arteries are available as inflow arteries. 4) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Scheduled to transition to peritoneal dialysis or undergo kidney transplantation within one year. 2) Unable to perform SPP measurement.
