Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adolescent girls attending public schools in Annapurna, Kaski district, Nepal for one year will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescent girls on medication or diagnosed with a serious illness will be excluded.
