Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 or older. 2. Individuals capable of fully understanding this treatment and making decisions based on their own free will. 3. Individuals diagnosed with grade 1 or higher knee osteoarthritis based on the Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) grade. 4. Individuals who have experienced poor treatment outcomes or low satisfaction with existing treatments and wish to undergo this treatment. 5. Individuals who have been provided with the informed consent document regarding this treatment, received sufficient explanation, and can provide voluntary written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in the affected knee. 2. Individuals who are deemed inappropriate by the attending physician.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Safety Assessment. 2. The analgesic effect of the AD-MSC-CM adiministration to patients will be evaluated using Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) & Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Comparison of safety and efficacy evaluations using conditioned medium which are used in this study. 2. Comparison of KOOS scores across groups based on the severity of knee osteoarthritis according to the Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) grade. 3. Analysis of KOOS subscores.
