Inclusion criteria: Nurses or care workers Working >20 hours/week Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spine surgery Acute spinal disorders Severe neurological impairment Severe musculoskeletal disorders Pregnancy Inability to perform the intervention
