Have received outpatient consultation or inpatient medical treatment at the Department of Neurosurgery, Kyoto University Hospital. 3.Have a cerebral aneurysm with a maximum dimension of 3 mm or greater, or carotid artery stenosis. 4.Have undergone vessel wall imaging (VWI) performed with a gadolinium-based contrast agent.
