In the cases who need androgen depravation therapy, monthy percutaneous LHRH analogue injection namedGoserelin acetate will be treated continously.

Inclusion criteria: Case with PSA failure after EBRT Confirmed by local recurrence using MRI and biopsy and confirmed adenocarcinoma by histology Biological effective dose<200 Gy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Double active cancer Un-suitable case
