Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals employed at home visit nursing agencies who are engaged in providing psychiatric home visit nursing services to users with a primary diagnosis of psychiatric disorders (ICD-10: F1 to F9).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are employed at a home visit nursing agency but are not engaged in psychiatric home visit nursing. Individuals judged by themselves or their administrators to potentially experience severe emotional burden or psychological distress as a result of participating in the study. Individuals deemed unable to participate in the study due to acute physical illness or psychiatric symptoms. Individuals judged by the administrator of their affiliated agency to have difficulty participating in the study due to workload or operational conditions. Individuals who lack the Japanese language proficiency required to understand the content of the study information document.
