Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 65 years. 2. Living in a detached house. 3. Capable of wearing an actigraphy device all day except when bathing. 4. Having an air conditioner installed in the bedroom. 5. Capable of sleeping with winter bedding during the intervention period. 6. Capable of installing measurement devices at designated locations. 7. Living in a region categorized as insulation grade area 5 or 6. 8. Provided voluntary consent. 9. Preliminary test criteria: Usual bedroom temperature at 1 meter above floor is 27 degrees C or higher, and temperature decreases by 3 degrees C or more after 3 hours of air conditioner use.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Night shift workers. 2. Those who wake up 4 times or more during sleep for childcare or nursing. 3. Those undergoing treatment for sleep-related diseases (insomnia, nocturnal pollakiuria, depression, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.). 4. Those undergoing treatment for serious diseases (cancer, stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.). 5. Those judged ineligible by their physician.
