Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy who meet one of the following criteria: 1.Patients registered in the heart failure registry (Japan Heart Failure Model; JHFM) 2.Patients enrolled in the following clinical trial: 1)Development of treatment for severe heart failure using autologous myoblast sheet 2)Exploratory study for dilated cardiomyopathy using YS0001 3)Implement of Autologous Skeletal Myoblast Cell Sheet Transplantation for Dilated Cardiomyopathy aiming Precision Medicine 4)Clinical trial of human (allogeneic) iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes sheet for dilated cardiomyopathy

Period from the date of echocardiography measurement at the time of LVEF evaluation to the occurrence of death.
