Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who have active root caries or gingival recession without root caries 2) Subjects from whom written informed consent has been obtained after detailed explanation by the study staff using an informed consent documentff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who are pregnant or lactating 2) Subjects who have used antibiotics within the past 4 weeks 3) Subjects whom the study dentist or dental hygienist considers ineligible for any other reason
