Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20 years or older. Understand this study and provide written informed consent. Diagnosed with bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. At the time of examination, feeling no change in physical condition, without dyspnea at rest by regular treatment and SpO2 95 % over at rest (regardless of the use of home oxygen therapy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to maintain a supine resting position for more than 10 minutes. Unable to sustain maximal forced expiration for more than 3 seconds. Pregnant or possibly pregnant. Any other reason deemed inappropriate for study participation by the treating physician.

To analyze the mechanism of obstructive ventilatory impairment by comparison 3D-CT data with pulmonary function tests data.
