Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing treatment with anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents Patients with severe spinal degeneration or significant postoperative structural changes Patients with allergies to the medications used in nerve block therapy Pregnant or breastfeeding patients Patients whose symptoms do not correspond with imaging findings
