Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses or caregivers aged 20 to 65 years Working in hospital or long-term care settings Able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery Neurological disorders affecting upper limbs Severe musculoskeletal disorders Pregnancy Inability to perform the intervention
