Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People in their 20s to 50s
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: It will be clearly stated in the recruitment document in advance that data from electrodes attached to the body, such as for electroencephalograms and heart rate, will be transmitted via Bluetooth to a PC or tablet. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases such as heart conditions, or central nervous system disorders such as epilepsy, will be excluded. Since the study involves measuring concentration levels, individuals taking regular medications (such as headache medicine, sleeping pills, antidepressants, or antipsychotics) will also be excluded.
