Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who visited dermatology departments of participating medical institutions during the registration period 2. Individuals aged 5 to 64 years at the time of obtaining proper consent 3. Patients who agreed to participate in the survey by providing proper consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. dementia requiring treatment, 2. psychological disorder 3. coma 4. use of immunosuppressants or corticosteroids 5. anti-cancer treatment for advanced cancer 6. viral infection requiring treatment 7.Patients who have responded to the survey for this study at least once

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of this study was to identify risk factors associated with PFH morbidity.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcomes were to determine the prevalence of the disease stratified by the participant background characteristics, and to estimate the cutoff values of HADS scores for detecting PFH
