Intervention group (VBT group): The sit-to-stand training will involve measuring the stand-up speed during each session. Immediate feedback will be provided through audio feedback or numerical display

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 70 years or older, regardless of gender. Capable of performing sit-to-stand movements and independent walking, with no difficulties in performing tests, measurements, and training. Persons who fit the above criteria are recruited and who agree to participate in the research after oral and documented explanations are provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have declined to participate in the study. Individuals with motor or sensory paralysis or pain. Individuals with limitations in daily activities or exercise. Individuals who cannot use the INBODY770 to measure body composition (persons with implantable medical devices or medical devices necessary for life support). Individuals who are prohibited from resistance training or exercise by a physician or other health care provider.
