Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on home treatment for more than 6 months after initial discharge from hospital with an implantable LVAD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age Patients who are not independent in their activities of daily living.
