Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Tamba City residents between 65 and 86 years old at enrollment 2) Individuals who have participated in the Iki-Iki Hyakusai Exercise in Tamba City

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who need to prohibit or restrict exercise, eating, or drinking water due to severe functional impairment 2) Individuals who have been diagnosed with dementia 3) Individuals with apparent cognitive decline 4) Individuals who are unable to converse in Japanese 5) Individuals who cannot undergo cognitive function tests, etc. 6) Individuals judged inappropriate as research participants by their attending physicians or family physicians
