Inclusion criteria: Patients who under went catherter ablation in Osaka General Medical Center between April, 1st, 2021 and March, 31st, 2029.

Gender, age, height, weight, diagnosis, ablation date and ablation method, complications, success or failure of treatment are registered. For atrial fibrillation, the following item are registerd. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, comorbidities, medication, blood data (white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, albumin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, sodium, potassium, TSH, FT4, CRP, BNP, NT-proBNP, CHE, T-bil, D-bil, Tcho , LDL, HDL, D-dimer, INR, APTT, fibrinogen, FDP), echocardiographic data (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular septal diastolic wall thickness, left ventricular Posterior diastolic wall thickness, tricuspid regurgitation pressure difference, E/e', left atrial diameter, left atrial volume, mitral regurgitation), transesophageal echocardiographic data (left atrial appendage inflow velocity, left atrial appendage outflow velocity, echo with or without contrast). Acquire the above blood test data and echocardiographic data after 1 year.	—
