Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient must be currently attending orthopedic surgery due to lower extremity trauma, have limited range of motion of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, diabetes, a history of metatarsophalangeal surgery, neuropathy, cardiovascular disease, polio, cerebral palsy, and inflammatory arthritis, and be able to perform both toes spread out exercise and Abductor hallucis muscle exercises.
