Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.underwent total gastrectomy or proximal gastrectomy for gastric cancer 2.underwent gastric tube reconstruction after esophagectomy for esophageal cancer 3.Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Receiving continuous systemic corticosteroid 2.Peritoneal Dissemination, positive lavage cytology 3.Positive margins
