Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons affected by COVID-19 2) Those who have read and fully understood the consent document for participation in this study and have agreed to be a subject of the study of their own will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not agree to participate in this study 2) Those who have memory impairment such as dementia and are unable to complete the questionnaire.
