Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma 2. Age over 18 years 3. Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced cancer in the pharyngolaryngeal region 2. Inability to maintain a sitting position 3. Cervical spine disorders preventing neck movement 4. Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy 5. Patients judged inappropriate by investigators
