Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The primary gastric lesion has been histologically diagnosed as cancer by endoscopic biopsy. (2) Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent acquisition. (3) Patients with ECOG performance status of 0-1. (4) It is possible to perform a distal gastrectomy that leaves about one-third of the remaining stomach. (5) Patients with cStage I gastric cancer. (6) Patients with preserved organ function for surgery. (7) Patients who have provided their written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Surgery after chemotherapy for gastric cancer. (2)Patients who need combined resection of other organs , including cholecystectomy. (3)Patients who are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant agents and are unable to discontinue the medication for a certain period of time. (4)Patients deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator or sub-investigator.
