Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent acquisition. (2) Patients with ECOG performance status of 0-2. (3) Patients scheduled for robot-assisted distal pancreatectomy. (4) Patients with preserved organ function. (5) Patients who have provided their written consent after receiving a full explanation of the study prior to registration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients scheduled for spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy. (2)Patients who may undergo combined resection of other organs, such as the stomach or colon. (3)Patients deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator or sub-investigator.
