Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Paticipants who have given voluntary written concent to paticipate in the study 2. Aged between 18 and 79 years (as of the date of concent) 3. Hoehn-Yahr severity classsification 1 to 3 4. Ability to understand the exercise 5. Participants who have not been diagnosed with dementia, or who scored 24 or higher on the Mini Mental State Examination-Japanese, or who have been deemed eligible by their attending physician 6. Participants who are expected to be able to maintain the type or dose of antiparkinsonian drugs from the time of consent until the end of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual impairment 2. Eye movement disorders 3. Vestibular disorder or a history of seizures 4. Taking medication for dizziness 5. Orthopedic disease or rheumatoid arthritis that interfered with exercise 6. low back pain or lower limb pain that interfered with exercise 7. Psychosis and psychiatric symptoms 8. Severe cardiac arrest or high blood pressure or, severe respiratory disease 9. Difficulty wearing the HMD due to skin diseases
