Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inoperable stage I-IIA lung cancer according to the Lung Cancer without hilar lymph node metastasis 2) 18 years of age or older 3) Sufficient pulmonary function 4) written consent to the study 5) Expected to survive for more than 6 months or more 6) It has been determined by the radiation therapist that treatment can be performed according to the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous Radiotherapy to ipsilateral lung 2) Active double cancer 3) Interstitial pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis on chest CT 4) Implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, ventricular assist devices, cerebrospinal cord stimulators cochlear implants, etc. 5) Women who are pregnant or with possible pregnancy, breastfeeding or who are not willing to use contraception 6) Inappropriate for participating in this study judged by the attending physician
