Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who meet the following criteria will be included in the study: 1. Male subjects between the ages of 20 and 65 2. Subjects with no history of ankle disease or surgery 3. Subjects who have signed a consent form to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If any of the following apply to you: 1. Those with severe cardiovascular disease 2. Those with cerebrovascular disease or neurological disease 3. Those with a pacemaker 4. Those with metal inserted in their body (due to surgery, etc.)

Changes in hemoglobin levels immediately after starting and finishing exercise during ankle plantar flexion strength measurement

Tissue oxygen saturation at rest, after the start of measurement, and after the end of measurement during ankle plantar flexion strength measurement Tissue oxygen saturation, muscle strength/skeletal muscle mass ratio, and phase angle during ankle plantar flexion strength measurement Gastrocnemius and soleus muscle thickness, popliteal artery and vein diameter, muscle strength/skeletal muscle mass ratio, and phase angle
