Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The prerequisite for the fulfilment of condition (1) is that, at the time of obtaining consent/registration, the individual concerned must be a student at a medical school in Japan. Secondly, at the time of obtaining consent/registration, the individual must be in the middle of their clinical clerkship. Thirdly, at the time of registration, the participant must have moderate or higher burnout symptoms (OLBI-MS-EX score of 2.38 points or higher and/or OLBI-DIS score of 2.25 points or higher). Furthermore, it is essential to have regular access to the internet and the capacity to participate in online interviews, ideally in a quiet and private environment. Additionally, the ability to read, write and communicate in Japanese is required. Finally, the subject must have a clear understanding of the purpose and content of the research and must provide consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following individuals are ineligible to participate in this study: Individuals currently receiving treatment for a psychiatric or psychosomatic condition at the time of obtaining consent. This determination is made by the attending psychiatrist or psychosomatic physician. Individuals who are pregnant. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator or sub-investigators.
