Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases diagnosed as high-risk group for pancreatic cancer who visited Fujita Medical University Hospital;cases with pancreatic cysts, chronic pancreatitis, familial pancreatic cancer and hereditary pancreatic cancer family history, diabetic cases (new onset and acute exacerbation), cases of localised pancreatic atrophy (localised pancreatic duct stenosis) and cases of severe pancreatic lipidosis are defined as high risk group for pancreatic cancer. 2. Pancreatic cancer cases 3. Age 20 years or older at time of enrolment 4. Cases that do not meet the indications for surgery in pancreatic tumors at the time of diagnosis 5. Cases with preserved major organ function 6. Cases in which the patient's consent to participate in this study has been obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post-Pancreatic Surgery Cases 2. Cases with serious complications 3. Cases deemed ineligible by the physician 4. Cases with pancreatic pseudocysts associated with pancreatitis 5. Patients with overlapping cancers on ongoing treatment at the time of enrollment
