Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male healthcare professionals or medical students between the ages of 20 and 60 who have completed the BLS course

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with cardiac and orthopedic diseases

MeasureTime frame
Differences in heart rate changes between the PALm-PALm method and the ALONE method

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1) Comparison of blood pressure change, oxygen saturation change, respiratory rate change, modified Borg scale after completion of chest compressions, and compression depth in all study subjects (2) Relationship between height, weight, BMI, and upper/ lower limb length, and the primary endpoints. (3) Comparison of the above between groups divided by height.
