Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults between 30 and 70 years old 2. Persons who have given their consent to participate in this study by signing a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. immunocompromised persons 2. Patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs or other treatments 3. Patients receiving insulin or with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus 4. Patients with serious liver disease (or AST 100 U/L or higher) 5. Patient with serious renal disease (or serum creatinine 1.3 mg/dL or higher) 6. BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2 and 25 kg/m2 or more 7. height less than 140 cm and more than 190 cm 8. women who are pregnant or may become pregnant 9. women who are breast-feeding
