Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults (including patients with chronic diseases in a stable period) 20 to 65 years old Staff of Mie University Hospital Persons who have obtained the voluntary written consent of the subject after sufficient informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No oral mucosal disease No pulpitis Not pregnant or may become pregnant Not judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator or the research coordinator
